When two very talented teams meet, and one goes home with a W, the other team should not feel that "if only" I/we had only played better.
I watched a most exciting game, and yes, would have loved it if "the Pride " had won.
As an ex-player and now a youth team coach, not winning hurts. But the fortunate soccer fans who witnessed what I saw should be proud that America now has teams that are ready for "PRIME TIME".
Go "PRIDE" show the leauge that you have the talent and the heart that you displayed last Sunday.
Well said, Allen! No reason that Pride had to hang their heads! That was a terrific comeback they had going and only lost in the extreme last minute.
And with a win this week....GOLD PRIDE ROCKS!
You all have the lamest most pitiful section of these boards, and your attendance is atrocious. Go out and support your team or im rallying to have them move to another city.
Everything's new, no need to feel down cuz of current standings, cant everyone be #1. It's not like FC GP has been last for the past 50 years haha. Just for comparison, my all-time team, the NHL's Washington Capitals, werent all that just a few years ago, so I know how it goes. I've seen many great teams lose to lucky shots.
