Memo to Jorge - sign Niki and Erin! Help Aluko!

Dear Jorge,
Thank you for an incredible first season. Now, please keep the great chemistry of our team together and get Aluko some help!

PLEASE resign Niki Cross and Erin Walter!!! Niki proved she can play anywhere and has a huge foot. She could possibly help Aluko. Erin Walter was fantastic off the bench, and deserves to play full-time. These two players add chemistry and electricity to the team. We need them back!

Trade Kia McNeill for a forward who can finish. McNeill was great early on, but her head was not in the last four games of the season and the defense collapsed often because of her mistakes. But she can generate a good trade with someone who has a striker to give.

Get Aluko some help! Someone who's not just fast, but can finish!

We got close last year, now it's time to go all the way. You do that by keeping your core, keeping the outstanding chemistry, and adding one more element. You don't do it by breaking up the team, bringing in eight or ten new faces.

I haven't really seen what Erin Walter can do, so I have no opinion of her, but I'll take your word on her.
When and if Tancredi get's her green card, she won't count as an international, so that's one less taking up an international spot. I don't get the whole Daniela situation. I thought she would of been recovered by now. Even if she won't be ready for the start of the season, I say sign her anyway, before another team does. We're allowed 5 internationals, right? And we have like one, which is Eni Aluko. Where else are we going to pick up 4 more internationsl from?; ▶ Reply to This

Waiving Daniela mostly had to do with her injury - the most recent thing I read updated her situation as needing at least six more months of rehab. =-( Considering that, I'm not sure if Tanc is coming back either, since she was out with injury a lot during the past season.
Barcellos is currently looking at those two Umea players - one in midfield and one striker, don't remember their names exactly, though they both started with E - to fill international spots.
