My WPS All-Star: If you could ask just one question...

The WPS All-Stars are coming to St. Louis in less than a week!

You've read the newspaper stories all season, tuned into the post-game interviews, followed along with your favorite blogger or tweeter... but now it's your turn.

We want to know:
If you could ask your favorite WPS All-Star anything in the world, who would you select and what would you ask?

WPS will be featuring an online interview that will broadcast LIVE! from The Anheuser-Busch Soccer Park on Saturday afternoon at 2:15pm ET / 1:15pm CT, right before the players start their training session. If your question is selected, both your name and question will be read aloud and asked directly to your WPS All-Star on Saturday, August 29, 2009 - one day before the WPS All-Star Game presented by Coast Guard.

How to post your question:

1) Post a Comment to this page
2) Add them to the comments section on the My WPS All-Star Profile
3) Tweet them @womensprosoccer using the #wpsallstar hashtag
4) Post them to the WPS Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/womensprosoccer

Then tune-in on Sat. at 2:15pm ET / 1:15pm CT to see if your question made the cut.

I would ask Lori Chalupny what it feels like to play in front of her St. Louis hometown crowd, and if people recognize her in the grocery store.
oh heres the forum :)

i would ask marta her best moves on the field and how to do them.
or all the players for that matter
I would ask Hope how it feels to be one of the best female goal keepers in the world, having young girls look up to you and seeing and hearing your name all over. Thank you for all of your hard work to get where you are.
I'd ask Kelly Smith what's her favorite kind of tea? No, just kidding :]

I'd ask any player how does it feel to participate in WPS with all these great players around them, and maybe if they even feel intimidated a little.
I would ask Marta what she does before and during the game mentally to prepare herself and stay focused and persistent.

Can I answer your question on her behalf, Shannon?
English Breakfast, or if the tea house doesn't have them, she would ask for Earl Gray.
My question is to any player, and it's if you had ONLY 1 wish that could come true for the rest of your live what would you want it to be??? Without it having to do with soccer or world peace. (some may think is lame but I truely want to know)
I would ask Christine Sinclair what her favorite moment has been this season and what she hopes to accomplish next season (besides her team making the playoffs).
I’d ask Megan Rapinoe 3 questions. 1) What were your personal goals for the season and do you feel like you've achieved them? 2) How does it feel to be a fan favorite for the Red Stars? 3) If you could play 1v1 against anyone, who would you pick and why?
I would ask Amy LePeilbet what it means to her to win the most player votes to the All-Star Team.
My question for Hope Solo would be... do you have moments during a game, when playing between the pipes for Athletica or the national team, that you wish you were playing forward again?
i would ask all the players what's their pregame meals... that could come in handy in the future

oh and if any of them plan on writing a book sometime in their lives.

im still thinking of questions
