yes born and raised iowan. i talk about it alot because i secretly miss it. when i've spent too long in the concrete jungle of chicago, i long for open fields and forests!
i went to school at St. Ambrose so not far from iowa city!

I live in Central Illinois, and the road nearby passes an expansive wall of tall corn, with a complex of beautiful community soccer fields hidden within. Interest in the world's most popular sport is growing rapidly here. Bloomington is equal distance between two home cities to WPS teams - Chicago and St. Louis, so I can drive two hours either north or south to watch WPS.
