Hey I'm Mona, Sky Blue FC's numero uno fan and i have been their number one fan since...well.. i dont remember.. july of 2008? In other words, for a very long time. I becamea fan of their w-league team (sky blue soccer) towards the end of their season when the team gave me a free ticket to one of their games at JFSLA. Rough Edges and Random Thoughts

Yea i know about the roughness of soccer. Tell me bout it. I might as well give my opinion like everyone else...

I guess you can say the soccer talk of the week was how that lambert girl from New Mexico totally "ruined" the game of women's soccer. Happening in the same week, those two high school teams broke out into a fight during a game in like Rhode Island or Massachusetts or something.

Breakin' the Ice and Replacing the fishes

Yes, it's official. The leading scorer in the Beijing olympics has retired with 109 caps and 4 goals in the olympics along with two olympic medals and the pride to have played on the Boston Breakers. I got a text in school today about it and i was in a gape for a couple of moments. Funny thing cause the first person i told was the dude next to my locker and he replied, "Who is that?" I guess that's a term you hear very often. Literally, there is no professional soccer team actually playing in my back yard (i don't even have one... i own a deck) but yea, i guess you can can consider myself being one of those people who have high level play of soccer in his or her "backyard".
