Athletica's Amanda Cinalli and Sara Larsson Selected in WPS Expansion Draft

ST. LOUIS (September 15, 2009) – Saint Louis Athletica Head Coach and General Manager Jorge Barcellos announced today that Athletica midfielder Amanda Cinalli and defender Sara Larsson were selected by the Atlanta Beat in the WPS Expansion Draft. Eniola Aluko Shines In European Championships

Saint Louis Athletica forward Eniola Aluko completed a sterling performance in the European Championships on Thursday September 10 when her England squad faced off against Germany in the finals. Just like at the regular season games, the players were very gracious about signing autographs and posing for pictures. It truly meant a lot to the girls. Imagine their delight when Hope Solo tossed a couple of jerseys their way! Thanks for a great season and for taking the time to talk to the younger players who go to the games. That shows a lot of class and (besides great soccer) is one of the reasons we will keep coming back!
