Hey anyone, go to this website: http://espn.go.com/video/clip?id=4628040&categoryid=null where you will see an unbelievable footage of women's college soccer game that took place on the 6th of November 2009. It's pretty sick watching this girl's hatred towards her opponents during the game. I understand that you have to be competetive while you're playing but, really, this is NOT what being competetive looks like. I'm… Continue
Personally, it takes guts to be somebody you're not, or somebody you want to be. I like Elizabeth Lambert of the New Mexico Lobos women's soccer team for her courage to break the mold, albeit for the wrong reasons. You talk about someone who just knows how to throw someone down, punch in the back, and defend with a flying kick in spite of giving up a goal to a bunch of pure-hearted Mormons from BYU.
Sure it's taboo, and you will be obligated to apologize to save face, but the way she played foo… Continue

From the list of the 20 most likely I would take off Kristina Larsen as she goes from one UCLA suspension for drinking, etc. to another. she would be a problem on any WPS team. Continue

It's been a while since I've been on here. I have been going through some life changes. Some good, some....not so good. I don't dwell on the past and never fret at things I cannot change but I do like to bring one thing up when it comes to women's soccer, the 2007 WWC. Even though I wasn't on the field, on the team, or in the stadium I felt the pain, the emotion, the anger, the hatred and the heat. From the time I heard that Greg Ryan was doing a changing of the guard I knew it was a call for di… Continue

Good News!!!
The Brazilian selection technician of feminine soccer talked in an interview that in December there will be a championship in Brazil in which are going to take part China, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and perhaps the USA. Hopefully the feminine selection of the USA plays this championship, because it is going to be very good to watch Brazil and USA!!! It is going to be our Olimpiadas' Revenge!!!! :D
Moreover, the president of the Santos was in the FIFA in Zurique, to ask the creation o… Continue
I just received a news that FORMER Saint Louis Athletica member, Nikki Cross is welcomed by the FC Gold Pride. I think we all know what i mean by this news, and it sucks that it's happening, because I liked Nikki being of the Athleticas. Unfortunately she is now play for the FC Gold Pride and there is nothing we can do about it; i guess.
She is, a great soccer player and has outstanding skills for a defender. Despite of this news, i'm as well as excited for her and i hope that we'll get t… Continue
Ok as those of you who follow Cat Whitehill's twitter may already know she posted a link to watch the USWNT vs. Germany game. I have know idea if it works, but I really hope it does. I'm just as shocked and upset as the rest of us that #1 vs. #2 is not being broadcast on television. Oh and here's the link to get there: http://bit.ly/Vcpwg (if that one doesn't work I posted the actual website link) http://2on… Continue

Woah. WPS has been a tad bit overwhelming this week...
Trading this, trading that, signing this, signing that... You would expect me to say alot... well you expected right.
Though very confusing, i have been able to gather all my thoughts on the whole shebang...
Let's start start with what started the whole commotion...
Two very strong words, WELCOME BACK!! Of course, i am referring to thee one, thee only, Carli Lloyd from Delran, New Jersey. I saw it coming actually-- i wouldve assum… Continue

I can't believe Angela Hucles retired. I thought she was actually pretty good. She was one of the best on the Boston Breakers. I still can't believe she left before the USA's match against Germany. I'm sure the team will miss her, and I'm sure her fans will, too. Far well, Angela!!! Continue
(odd title, i know)
Yes, it's official. The leading scorer in the Beijing olympics has retired with 109 caps and 4 goals in the olympics along with two olympic medals and the pride to have played on the Boston Breakers. I got a text in school today about it and i was in a gape for a couple of moments. Funny thing cause the first person i told was the dude next to my locker and he replied, "Who is that?" Anyways, it was quite a shock for me because i personally didn't see it coming.
But then i t… Continue

Most professional athletes didn't start out with a formal coach, trainer, physical therapist or an agent. How they usually begin their journey is quite simply how any kid would. Playing with the ball until it got too dark to see out. Skipping dinner to just play for another hour, sacrificing boring homework for something that they were and still are passionate about. When you're a kid you see the life you want and think that nothing is going to get in your way. Of all the little kids out there o… Continue
Does anyone know how to get information about Santos FC? I'd like to know how to get real scores and stuff from the league down there in South America. We have 4 of our Brazilians on loan for them - Erika, Marta, Cristiane, and Francielle.
From some of the video's that have been posted on her show some amazing highlights of that team. They seem like they are the only dominant team in that league, but then again when you have Cristiane and Marta playing together...
Until I have the real stats… Continue

In today’s social media networking world Twitter has become like an adult playground. We’ve all seen the Verizon commercial where the Dad is sitting on the patio tweeting “I’m sitting on the patio” while his son stands by, admonishing him. It’s taken over not only on the patio, but on the athletic field as well.
At the beginning of last month, the NFL took the axe to… Continue
